Outstation customers may pay us by demand draft.

Institutions like libraries, art museums etc need not pre-pay. Books will be sent only to Institutional address.

RETURNS

At PRITYA, we make it our business to check every book before dispatch. Books are packed well to withstand the pressure of handling by the postal and Courier companies. In the event, a customer is not satisfied with a book we had supplied, he may return it within 7 days of receipt of the book. Prior permission to return is requested. We request that the customer should ensure that the book is packed well and sent to us either via airmail or a courier company. We shall refund the amount of the book in full.
